Projects are initiated through a formal agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. We follow Agile Development Methodologies with regular sprints and client feedback sessions.
Any changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work may result in adjusted timelines and costs.
Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements. Delays caused by client feedback, third-party dependencies, or scope changes may extend the timeline.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any non-refundable deposits will be retained.
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other agreed payment methods. Payment terms are specified in the project agreement.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Project pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
We strive to provide high-quality mobile app development services. Our apps undergo comprehensive App Testing and QA before delivery. If issues arise post-delivery, we provide support as outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed applications transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
We implement Mobile App Security best practices including Encryption and Data Protection. We conduct Mobile App Security Audits to ensure applications meet industry standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of THE STATION BARBERS COLCHESTER LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and data. All client information is protected according to our Privacy Policy and industry best practices.
